The planetary wood-fired rotisserie is the perfect product to give roast meat that classic, unmistakable barbecue flavour. Wood and charcoal Elangrill’s rotisseries are equipped with the Grill Plus system: this allows you to lock the disks and rotate only the rods, so as to keep them close to the heat source and cook certain products more quickly with considerable energy savings. The structure is in stainless steel, insulated and insulated so as not to disperse heat and save wood, while the front part is covered with a structure that forms a tower on each side, so as to create an attractive appearance for customers.
