Our story

Elangrill was created out of the need for the continuity and expansion of the artisan business Spiedi ERCAS, founded way back in the sixties by Ernesto Castiglioni.
With its continued growth and development, Elangrill has cemented its position as leader in the industrial rotisserie sector, setting itself the goal of creating leading edge products.

TECHNOLOGY AND TRADITION

Elangrill boasts numerous clients both nationally and internationally.
Design and manufacture is carried out within the company, where a trained staff makes use of the most modern and advanced technologies such as CAD/CAM systems for automating production and the continuous monitoring of quality that guarantee products bearing the CE mark.
